Alyx is a Licensed Veterinary Nurse with a diverse background spanning general practice, emergency medicine, and specialty care. Throughout her career, she has worked with large animals, small animals, and exotic species, gaining a well-rounded clinical foundation and a deep appreciation for the unique needs of each patient and family she serves.

Supporting others has always been Alyx’s calling. Her work is rooted in compassion, presence, and advocacy—whether she is providing hands-on medical care, guiding pet parents through complex or emotional decisions, or offering steady, thoughtful support during vulnerable moments. She believes that exceptional care goes beyond medicine and is built on trust, education, and genuine human connection.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Alyx is an avid horseback rider and a certified scuba diver. These pursuits reflect her deep love for nature and her passion for being immersed in the world around her. Time spent outdoors—on horseback, beneath the ocean’s surface, or exploring new environments—continues to ground her and inspire the way she approaches both life and care.
